Terms and Conditions

These terms are between you and Miles Kay UK LTD, the operator of JevClean. JevClean is a free email review tool that helps identify messages which may be unwanted. It presents suggestions for your review. You decide which messages to archive or move to Gmail Trash. JevClean does not permanently delete Gmail messages; Gmail normally keeps trashed messages recoverable for 30 days, subject to Google’s policies and your own actions.

You must provide an email address you control, keep sign-in links secure, and be legally able to accept these terms. You authorise JevClean to access and modify only the Gmail account you deliberately connect and only to provide features you request.

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. You must supply your own OpenRouter API key, and OpenRouter may charge you directly for Jev requests under its own pricing and terms. JevClean does not receive or control those charges. The service is experimental and has not been validated for bulk or high-volume mailbox use. Automated classifications can be wrong. Review selections before acting and keep any records or backups you need.

Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account, bypass security, interfere with operation, or use JevClean unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Google services, or the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the free service, features, limits, or integrations without guaranteeing continuous availability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes by email.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages. Our total liability relating to the free service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Gmail, Google, OpenRouter, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. JevClean is not endorsed by Google, and their availability or decisions are outside our control.

By creating a free account, you authorise essential service and product-update emails. You may opt out of non-essential updates using instructions in those messages. You may stop using JevClean and disconnect Gmail at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
