Privacy Policy

We collect your account email, records of your acceptance and update-email consent, and encrypted connection credentials. When you run a scan, we process limited Gmail message metadata needed to classify and display results, such as message identifiers, sender, subject, date, Gmail labels, and selected headers. We store scan results, classifications, confidence scores, status, and actions you request. We do not need email attachments for this service.

We use information only to authenticate you, connect your Gmail, run requested scans, show results, carry out your archive or trash choices, secure and maintain the service, and send essential service and authorised product updates. We do not sell personal information or use Gmail data for advertising.

JevClean’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Gmail access is used only for user-facing email clean-up features. Human access to Gmail data is prohibited except with your affirmative agreement for support, where required for security or law, or where data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

JevClean requires you to connect your own OpenRouter API key. Message metadata selected for classification is sent to OpenRouter so the Jev model can score it. OpenRouter processes that information under its own safeguards and terms. We also use service providers for hosting, authentication, and connection management.

Gmail and OpenRouter connection keys are encrypted and kept server-side. We apply access controls designed to keep each account’s data separate. No service is risk-free. We retain account and scan information while your account is active or as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, and service operation, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.

You can disconnect Gmail from your JevClean account at any time, which revokes our connection and removes the stored encrypted connection credential. You can also revoke JevClean through your Google Account’s third-party access controls. To request deletion of your JevClean account and stored scan data, email admin@mileskay.co.uk from the account email. You may opt out of non-essential update emails while still receiving essential account or security messages. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information and to complain to a privacy regulator.

We share information only with service providers needed to operate JevClean, when you direct us, during a legitimate business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections, or when reasonably required by law, safety, or security. We do not sell Gmail data.

JevClean is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their location. Service providers may process information in other countries under applicable transfer safeguards.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes where reasonably possible.
